- “User” / “You” refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
- “Rental Lockers” refers to short-term, pay-per-use storage lockers.
- “Smart Lockers” refers to automated package delivery, pickup, and storage systems integrated with IoT technology.
- “Franchise Partner” refers to individuals or businesses operating Kwiklok lockers under a franchise arrangement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any Kwiklok service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the lockers and website only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information when registering or booking.
- Keep your login details confidential.
- Use payment methods that belong to you.
- Follow all locker operational guidelines displayed onscreen or on-site.
4. Locker Usage Policy
4.1 Permitted Items
Users may store personal belongings such as:
- Bags, clothing, books, electronics, and other non-hazardous items.
4.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly NOT allowed:
- Explosives, flammable items, chemicals, weapons
- Illegal substances or drugs
- Cash, jewelry, valuables exceeding reasonable limits
- Perishables or food (unless specified in certain smart locker models)
- Animals or biological material
If prohibited items are found, Kwiklok reserves the right to:
- Remove and dispose of such items
- Report the incident to authorities
- Suspend user access
5. Locker Time Limits & Charges
5.1 Rental Lockers
- Charges are based on hourly/day pricing displayed on the screen or website.
- Exceeding the booking time may incur additional fees.
- If items remain uncollected after the maximum time period, Kwiklok may follow lost-and-found or disposal procedures.
5.2 Smart Lockers
- Delivery pick-ups must be completed within the allotted time, after which charges or package relocation may apply.
6. Forgotten or Unclaimed Items
If items are left beyond the allowed period:
- Kwiklok will make reasonable attempts to contact the user.
- Items may be moved to a secure holding area.
- Storage fees may apply.
- Unclaimed items after {{X}} days may be disposed of as per company policy.
Kwiklok is not liable for loss/disposal of unclaimed items.
7. Payment Terms
- All payments are final, non-refundable unless specified.
- Kwiklok uses secure payment gateways.
- Charges displayed during booking are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
8. Franchise Terms

- Franchise agreements are governed by separate contractual terms.
- Performance obligations, fees, revenue models, and operational rules are detailed in the franchise contract.
- Breach of franchise terms may result in termination.

11. Service Availability
Kwiklok may temporarily pause services for:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical faults
- Safety reasons
We are not liable for downtime but will attempt to restore services promptly.
12. Termination of Use
Kwiklok may suspend or terminate your access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Misuse of lockers occurs
- Illegal items are stored
No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to violations.
13. Changes to Terms
Kwiklok may update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
14. Governing Law
